Metal 3D Printing Materials

Stainless Steel 316L

Commonly used for producing furnace parts, heat exchangers, jet engine parts, chemical processing equipment, pharmaceutical equipment. This type of steel has excellent toughness and much higher strength at high temperatures compared to others.

CoCrMo Cobalt-Chromium Alloy

This alloy is most commonly used for making artificial joints such as knee and hip joints. Very useful in the biomechanics industry due to its high resistance and biocompatibility.

Titanium Ti64

This is one of the most commonly used titanium alloys, and can be used across various applications when in need of low density and low weight with great corrosion. This titanium alloy is commonly used in the aerospace and biomechanics industries.

AlSi10mg Aluminum Alloy

This alloy is commonly used due to its exceptional properties. Final components will have high corrosion resistance, low density and and high mechanical strength.

304 Stainless Steel

Used for a variety of industrial and household applications like machinery parts, cutlery/utensils, screws, and processing equipment. This type of steel is also commonly used in the architectural industry. Good forming and wielding properties.

18Ni300 Mold Steel

This is a low carbon steel. The strength and toughness are better than conventional steel materials. It is often used to make small size automotive and mechanical parts.

CuSn10 Copper Alloy

This alloy is often used for stamped parts, connectors, spring contacts, springs, bushings and bearings. It exhibits the highest strength and hardness in the copper-tin series. Also commonly used for strip and wire.

IN718 High Temperature Alloy

An austenitic nickel-chromium-iron-based superalloy. It is highly resistant to oxidation and corrosion. Most widely used in gas turbine disks as well as other high temperature applications up to 650 degrees celsius.
